1987年 毕业于吉林大学物理系固体物理专业;
1990年 在吉林大学化学系物理化学专业获硕士学位;
1992年-1994年 作为中日联合培养的博士生在日本东京大学留学,回国获博士学位;
1994年-1996年 在日本东京大学做博士后。
